    I've been dieting and working out more than I ever have in my life. The problem is my ass is gone. I didn't have much to begin with but can't even wear jeans anymore b/c I look silly. Are there any tricks to keep your ass? I already changed my diet again and have added more carbs and more meat but I haven't seen any results in the right place. My sides and stomach are getting the much needed flab. Any tips would really help. Thanks in advance.

    You should concentrate on adding muscle...not fat. Try doing squats. Those are good for your entire body. Builds the hams, glutes, quads, and abs. I had a kinda "flat" butt for a little while, then I began doing squats (squatting up to 130 lbs now) and now my butt has this nice shape to it. My legs and everything else looks better too!!

    Yes! SQUATS!!! I must admit, my butt is rather crunchy now! Mmmm, If I could I would bite it!

    The book "Sculpting Her Body Perfect" has great explanations of various ass building exercises and machines. I would say that sculpting would be better than trying to regain weight as you can't pick where that weight will end up!

    i feel like an echo LOL do squats and lunges they are aweasome for butt definition so is leg presses , leg curls and it would hurt for you to put a litte more weight on these machines when you do them to build your self up.
