I've been dieting and working out more than I ever have in my life. The problem is my ass is gone. I didn't have much to begin with but can't even wear jeans anymore b/c I look silly. Are there any tricks to keep your ass? I already changed my diet again and have added more carbs and more meat but I haven't seen any results in the right place. My sides and stomach are getting the much needed flab. Any tips would really help. Thanks in advance.
