Hi, I'm new here. I'm from IA and I haven't met anyone here expect from your post even close to me. I was wondering where in WI you live?
I often suggest to newbies to consider their middle name as a stage name. It will flow more natural when told to a customer.
It will also "ring a bell" with the dancer when called by the DJ over the sound system. This can be helpful when she is involved with a customer or just can't hear very well due to the loudness of clubs.
Missing or being late to stage can be a stresser. It's better to avoid, if possible![]()

I was originally 'Astrid' because I loved the meaning and the fictional gal from White Oleander, but as much as I loved how it sounded, many folks couldn't hear it right when I introduced myself at work (loud music, so it came off as "acid" or even worse)...but now I'm "Isla" (as in "Island", sounds like "eye-la"), which is usefully phonetic to say, and somewhat original. I like it, and I think it would suit you too- it's pretty and 'exotic' without being obvious, if that makes sense...Plus I live in Ottawa (Ontario), so have no 'name territory' qualms, which are silly, but I've met some gals who think otherwise...
i really like Kitanna. its a cute name, by the way you are really pretty!

Lettin' it ride because it's old and none of the new posts have been similar.
I reallly like Kendra, (my sis's stage name), Athena, (Goddess of wisdom and war), Kenya, Marley, Thai Lynn, (lol), and Bienna, ( i knew a blck girl with japanese heritage, this was her actual first name.) Good Luck. Babynames.com is good for this sort of thing
