Anyone using ephedra free version of this ?
I am stuck above my target weight and don't think I can add more workout time to my day as I am already doing
two 90 workouts a day- 30/45 of cardio split in 2 small sessions (rotating between bike/treadmill/step areobics depending on mood) and light weights 10- 25 lbs (depending on muscle group) and 4 sets of 25 situps (rotating ab muscle groups each set)
I eat less than 2500 pretty much all the time, usualy closer to 2000 with a balance of carbs,protiens and fats. I tend crave carbs and sugars- I try to keep "white carbs" out of the house by using multi grain breads and pastas and non- bleached sugar and flour and I use soy for dairy whenever I can ( milk breaks me out)
Would adding an ephedra free supplement to my diet help me lose this last 7 pounds? I want to get back into my cute size 5 clothes again, presently I'm in a 7

the diffrence is my abs, thighs, and arms are stronger. I also look thinner now.
It made me work out like crazy. 



) and not weigh in untill after the 30 days are up. That will be about 45 days~ that should be enough time to see if they work for me or not right ?
and I tried on a pair of my size 5 jeans and zipped them up but they are still a little to tight to wear just yet. Hopefully in another 2 weeks I'll be back into a comfortable size 5 again
