    Default Music for 'Business woman"act

    Hi everyone.

I have recently been hired by my agency to do an act where I pose as a girl coming for a job interview and then strip down to a sexy outfit for the guy. Anyone have any ideas about music other than " She works hard for the money" by Donna Summer? Thanks!

The Cars about 1987-1989. "Let's make lots of money."
I had the DJ play it a couple of times by request for ATF when she danced. Opening line was "I've got the brains, you 've got the looks, let make lots of money...." Some versions have "You've got the brains, I've got the looks... lets make lots of money." I always kidded her that she was the brains and I was the looks.
Anyway its a great business song if you can find it.

Huey Lewis and the News-It's hip to Be Square.

Typical 80's yuppie music.....always fun. Watch American Psycho for ideas.

Niceguy:The "lets make lots of money" song is called "oppertunitys"by the Pet Shop Boys(just some F.Y.I.). As for songs....Workin for a livin by Huey Lewis(fore album as Patrick Bateman will atest to). Also check out "got you by the balls" by AC/DC(hey mr. Buisness man).

Yep. It's Pet Shop boys. I think they faded rapidly after there one or
two hits. I remember hearing the song and thinking I should buy it.
Took me 14 years to find the song because the club DJ played it
and I went up to the booth and asked him who did the song.

For some reason I can't remember Pet Shop Boys as a group name.
Nobody announces the songs anymore on the radio so you don't know what the group names are. No wonder music sales are down. Plus the download craze.

Sheena Easton "Morning Train" is perfect - it's a good song and she inhabits it beautifully!

1] DJ Rap - Badgirl ...she's an English turntablist/feminist with an amazing ear for beats and what works ... you will love this track as soon as you hear the first 60 secs ... since she's talking about 'glass ceilings being radically erased' and other feminist stuff, I think it's perfect for your 1st song. [shameless self promotion] My mix would be great for you [?!] in fact, the girls who've used it have gone with the power suit and CalvinKlein undies combo...from the limited edition release 'AdventuresInDrum&Bass'... but my mix is on KazaaLite, if you tell me [date/time] when to offer it up...;]

    2] Bootsauce(covering Hot Chocolate's)-Everyone'sAWinner
...the standard is kool, but the cover is fresh and VERY funky...

3] TraciLords-IWantYou ...yes, the ex porn star has a very well produced record called 1000Fires. BUY IT! There are at least two complete sets on there - alone. Again, the original is kool, but my mix is on KazaaLite if you tell me when...

4] The last song can be anything that you want, as long as it fills the time gap and isn't too too wierd ... I'd recommend another song from 1000Fires, like 'Fly', or somesuch ...

I don't wish to publish my broadband email address here lest it be abused and spammed, so why don't you start a short term hotmail address and post it for me to see, so I can then give you mine, so no freaks bug anyone easily ...?! ok?

if I never hear from you again, peace and good luck... T.

OMG! The Loverboy song, "Working for the Weekend" always reminds me of Patrick Swayze and Chris Farley as Chippendales on SNL! Too fuckin' funny!

"money, money, money" by Abba (I'm sure).

It's cheese, but it's the only one I could think of.
