I have a law-related question for strippers with kiddies. Say you are married and get a divorce, and your husband would want custody of the kid(s), would your husband get to say in court, "Hey, she's a stripper, so she's an unfit mother!" and then the court would grant custody to the father? Just want to know how a judge would look at a mother who strips. Any input would be great!

However, I think that most government type jobs hold a grudge against dancing to begin with. I think alot of people view dancing as a "loop hole" throught the system. Most dancers I know don't pay taxes. Well, these people are making their money off of tax payers and regardless if you pay your taxes or not we're all "labeled" for not paying taxes. Plus as some would say "Dancing is a legal form of prostitution"
isn't going to help the case any. I would bring up any college degrees you might have and positive motherly acts. And if it gets nasty in court I'd bring up any police records he may have or any negative acts of his.
