[/ftp]Eat healthy! Lots of veggies, white chicken, no skin, no starchy carbs. Do some research on how to eat healthy. Find out how fitness competitors eat. The more you know the easier it will be. Knowledge is very important.

Get to the gym! Do cardio twice a day. You heard me! Once in the morning and once at night. Do one half hour session and one hour session. Do cardio 5 times a week. Lift weights 3 times a week. Do a whole body workout each day. Do a couple exercises for legs, biceps, triceps, back, and pecs (if you don't have implants, skip it if you do). Every weightlifting day mix up your exercises. If you don't know how to lift weights get a personal trainer. If you can't afford one sometimes gyms offer three free sessions. If they don't, ask any friends that are knowledgeable in weights. Also, read Oxygen and Muscle & Fitness Hers.

Drink lots of water and nothing but water. No alcohol, pop, or juices. The only thing that is allowed besides water is a meal replacement shake, to replace a meal. Have one of those for one of your six small meals. Never let yourself go hungry. Snack on veggies or nuts.

Keep a exercise and food journal.

This will be hard! If you want to lose 20 lbs. of fat as fast as you can and keep it off, this is the way to go.

I second Kobi's advice (Thanks Seraya for re-posting that). I lost 10 lbs in less than 4 weeks doing basically what she suggested and had a perky butt and nice abs to boot! Everyone was asking what my trick was. For me I only went to the gym once a day, though, and worked very hard.
