Get to the gym! Do cardio twice a day. You heard me! Once in the morning and once at night. Do one half hour session and one hour session. Do cardio 5 times a week. Lift weights 3 times a week. Do a whole body workout each day. Do a couple exercises for legs, biceps, triceps, back, and pecs (if you don't have implants, skip it if you do). Every weightlifting day mix up your exercises. If you don't know how to lift weights get a personal trainer. If you can't afford one sometimes gyms offer three free sessions. If they don't, ask any friends that are knowledgeable in weights. Drink lots of water and nothing but water. No alcohol, pop, or juices. The only thing that is allowed besides water is a meal replacement shake, to replace a meal. Have one of those for one of your six small meals. Never let yourself go hungry. Snack on veggies or nuts.
Keep a exercise and food journal.
This will be hard! If you want to lose 20 lbs. of fat as fast as you can and keep it off, this is the way to go.
