well im on week 4 of tis atkins diet and i seem to have hit a wall! i cant seem to get past 260 lbs! im still excersizing 2-3 times a week,eating no carbs! please tell me what to do!!!!!!!!!
do i cut back on eating again or just see if it it will start again. somebody tell me it will keep going down!

of cinnamon. Also I cut the oatmeal with a little milk so it's not a lump of "meal" heh. I always try remember to eat only enough to not be hungry and remind myself that I will be eating again in 3 hours. I make sure to not even get close to full!
