    HOW TO USE:

    hi there
    after reading several of your postings I'm assuming you are a Raw foodist. I am slowly trying to convert to that lifestyle ..at least 70% raw.. but find I am very lazy.. I do admire you though.. and those that follow it. More and more it is making perfect sense to me.
    I am on a listserve if you are interested in the link.. primarily they are from people in the UK .. europe.. they are so ahead of the times over there..
    I have also attended a cooking seminar that was VERY GOOD! took 3 hours for them to make this holiday meal - amist the yabber about each step .. but afterwards going home I had the worst bloat ever.. my body wasnt used to all the enzmes i guess.. such a clean way to live.. here is a link to the site where I attended .. supernaturallife.com (Maryland based)
