    Default StriVectin

I did a search of SW for StriVectin and only found one post so I am wondering... does anyone here uses this product?

My best friend from high school is a creamy skinned red head who spent the last two decades trying to get a tan in Los Angeles. As a result her skin was very lined and wrinkled at 37.

She uses StriVectin now and last time I saw her I was stunned at how much better her skin looked! I am olive skinned and my few wrinkles are from age not sun damage. I am wondering if this will work for me too?

I've used it before. At first I loved it but after a few weeks my skin started breaking out. I'm not sure if it was the strivectin or not but I stopped using it on my face and finished up the tube using it on my neck and chest and on the back of my hands.

For some reason I think you can get it at GNC. I'm quite positive you can and I seem to recall they were selling it for $100.

You have to use this stuff everyday. And the results will work, only for some people. It's like Retin A, once you stop using, your skin goes back to the way it was.

Does nothing more than a bottle of 10% Alpha Hydroxy in my opinin. A friend gave me hers a year or so back because she broke out from the stuff.

I noticed no difference after 3 months of finishing the stuff off.

yeah, I never noticed any real difference in my skin by using Strivectin, but I did think it was a good moisterizer. Personally though, at $100+ a pop, I think you would be better off using Retin-A to smooth out the fine lines. But it wouldn't hurt to try the Strivectin. Maybe you could split a tube with a friend? That's what I did. We went in halves and just squeezed my portion into a clean little makeup jar.
