    Default Sweaty Pits

I now sweat in my pits... I didn't used to.

It happens whenever...anytime, anywhere, I can't stop it!!!

Arrid, Mitchem, Secret, and now Old Spice Red Zone have failed me. Help!!!! I may have the sweat glans removed from my pit if this keeps up....

It happened to me about 2 years ago when friend if mine gave me reiki...for anyone who doesn't know it' s a spiritual healing thing...anyway I've been sweating ever since!!!! This is wasn't I call healing......

I was going to have a buddist healer "fix" me while i was in houston...but ran out of time (wasn't meant to be) and I've been sweating ever since. I was told it's healthy and it means my energy is shifting, but it's so annoying!

White tops...yellow pit...color tops, dark pit.

Anyone else have a strange sweating problem?

I have the exact same problem. I just started using Certain Dri, which is the strongest anti-perspirant you can buy over the counter. It works very well. None of the other deodorants worked for me, and I had the same problem with the armpits of my white shirts turning yellow. If you decide to try Certain Dri, just make sure your armpits are totally dry when you put it on, and don't use it right after you shave. I made the mistake of doing that once and I got nasty red bumps.

    Hey ladies...

I second "Certain Dri" It's awesome. I've used it in the past, but now I use Lady Speedstick..

You can get it at any CVS, Walgreens, Wal*Mart, Kmart, basically anywhere Health & Beauty Aids are sold...

    Good luck!

I use arrid extra dry and clear the type I use come in an aerosol can. I think it works pretty good since IMHO I sweat all the time at work but I am always looking for new things to try so next trip to the store I am picking up Certain Dry. Does it dry invisible?

botox will stop the sweating my dr. told me he does it to himself - personally that freaks me out - I think sweating is healthy. Longs as you are clean and such!

Ack Leigh! Really? LOL that freaks me out. Then again, I have a real fear of needles going on, so that definitely wouldn't be something that would appeal to me. Luckily, I don't sweat very much at all, so antiperspirant works just fine for me.

i cant remember the 1 i used to use. but get a roll-on that contains chlorine. you use it at beginning and end of the day, though never excessively. the chlorine acts to (partially?) block many pores thus reducing sweat.

when i can remember the name, i'll post it.

I too have the same problem! I don't know why, it happens when I'm not even nervous. It is a fact that 1 in 4 or 5 women have this "excessive sweating" issue. 2 of my closest friends have it also, we call it "the armpit problem." I have used Certain Dri in the past also, but it irritated my skin. It did work though.

Ok...purchased Certain Dri at CVS..thanks for the tip!

I don't sweat too much at work...it's my "regular" life I'm concerned about...out to dinner/dates/events.

So I'm going to use my Old Spice Red Zone while I'm at work...which does work really well considering. I'll let you know how Certain Dri hold up when I use it!
