The only prevention is not to run into things . Best to use body makeup to cover them. If you try to tan over them then you would have to get darker and darker each time.

I have the same problem, only my bruises appear out of the blue (no pun intended). they are BIG and ugly. I use Dermablend to cover them. It is pretty miraculous stuff.

you can get rid of bruises faster by using arnica gel or cream, it's cheap from any health food shop. put it on as soon as a bruise starts to come up. to cover them, i would use dermablend or other make up as mentioned above...

i used to get bruises all the time, and still do when i use the pole a lot, so i'm not much use advising how to prevent them!

arnica works for me too. I put it on as soon as I can after the bump or whatnot.

Chelation is the pharmaceutical process of bonding each mineral to an amino acid.

This bonding makes it easier to digest and assimilate each nutritive mineral for proper utilization in the body.

Without the chelation process, 99% of the mineral will pass through the body, exiting through the urine or feces.

pepermint oil also helps with getting bruises to go away faster, either get real pepermint oil from a shop that sells good oils (not at a stand at the mall) or check your toothpaste, if it says pepermint oil try it. I use a tooth whiteing gel that lists pepermint oil very high in the ingredients. But thats only when I want my bruises to go away.

Also if you are useing asprin (or another anti-inflamotory) you will bruise easier because it helps with blood flow.
