i've been talking with a lot of girls on here, getting the low down and some pretty helpful advice. i think the hardest thing for me right now is losing about 15 pounds - before summer. i thought it would be best to try to start as a stripper then. no more classes and my job right now will be too far away when i get home.
what i want to know is, is there anyone who is in my same situation? like, you need to lose weight (about 15lbs.) in about 3 months? If so, how did YOU do it? and if you could, can y ou tell me what you ate in a day and what you did for exercise?
i would appreciate ANY HELP, i need help on this so badly.

--meat and the hormones & dyes etc in it is another major system irratant. So I try to keep my sweets to a minimum--I haven't been able to give it up completely
and I cut out almost all meats.
: Kidding. Seriously though, the amount of time you have set is a very realistic goal and you should not have a problem keeping the weight OFF if you do it slowly. Good luck!
