I have been off work for almost five weeks now...I had something to do at home and have been working on my computer every day, all day. I haven't been eating all that well because of no time to shop, cook, clean up after, etc. And no activity at all...I haven't been able to pull myself away from my house (I wish I had a home gym!) I have gained at least 7-8 pounds - I feel all pudgy and I look bloated.
I am going back to work in like three days and I just realized how bad I look...any suggestions as to how to get rid of this QUICK? I lose weight fast anyway, when I try, but I have low blood sugar and can't go without eating regularly.
I need like some kind of tried and proven 3-day fad diet type of thing just to get it going...in a few days I'll be back to dancing and working out and eating better...but I need a quick fix for now. I am going to do at least an hour of cardio every day (I have the time now) but what should I eat? I don't eat meat, only seafood.
Any suggestions for an exercise/diet combo that works fast - to get rid of 5 pounds or so plus water weight?
