Default which club would you choose?

I just moved to a pretty small city where there are only two clubs I've had job offers from both of them and each have their pros and cons. I just wanted to know what you girls think?

Buffalo Station- no house fee if you are there at 5 pm, must tip bouncers (max total $25), not as well publicized,

Teasers- well known, has features occasionally, $40 house fee +10% of table dances, but you get paid $5.15 and hour + your tips

I say go where the money is, which by the sounds of things means Teasers. The reason that dancers are willing to pay a house fee is probably because they can earn it all back and then some ! The only question mark might be how Teasers structures their payments to dancers, as this could significantly impact your tax situation. From the $5.15 an hour salary it sounds like this club considers dancers to be employees, which limits the allowable deductions.

Getting paid $5.15 an hour for 8 hours is pretty much equal to the $40 house fee. Seems a little weird that they would do that.

I have worked at Teaser's, and I know a girl that got fired from there for making too much money?? A customer gave her $1500 to dance for him all night, and the club just assumed that there was no way a girl could make that much in VIP. They demanded that she return the money to the customer...WTF?? She didn't, and so got fired. This dancer is NOT a scam artist. She is very nice and earns every penny she gets at work. I would classify her as one of the "good girls" in the business.

Yes, Teasers has the better money, but they also have more contact and girls tricking out of there. I would split my time between the two clubs, and decide which I was more comfortable with.

Also consider traveling. Most of the girls in your state will travel to the larger cities to the east and west of where you are. Once you get started at one of the clubs in your town, you can chat with the traveling girls as to what clubs are better for you around the state.

Promote yourself and earn more money! This is a business that is owned by strippers for strippers. Let's make that money!

Teasers... didn't need to think twice about that one.

After reading Paris's post i would do what she suggests and try out both.

    Seraya.
