Default New To StrippIng and D.C.!!!!!

    Heyyyy Girls

I'm havin a little bit of trouble and hopefully some of yall can help! I recently moved from Savannah to Washing D.C. after I had made up my mind to strip, and not only am I in a strange new city, but I dont know any of the strip clubs.

I've been to a few Atlanta strip clubs, which were hog wild and just great, but I have no clue about which D.C. ones to try.

I only recently turned 18, feel comfortable with my dancin and looks, but am definitly feelin uncomfortable about this area where I dont know anyone or the way things work.

Any yall from the D.C. area and have tips on the different clubs?

I also cant decide on a name ...I like Housten, Bailey, Diamond, and maybe Kitten.......is Peaches waaay to cheesy since I clearly have a accent and am from GA???? I'm about 5'5 blond hair, 100 pds, very tan, very outgoing loud and friendly...do these names fit me?? any suggestions would be GREAT!

Thanks honey!!!! Yep I found out that D.C. clubs dont allow lap dances, because of the laws or somethin......so I researched some of the Baltimore area clubs and they look better/cleaner anyways...I would prefer a club with lapdances just because I think there is more money in it....heard showcase was verrry touchy tho.....I may try to visit that soon. Is Baltimore ghetto ...do I need to be really careful there???

    Thanks again for your help!!!

Baltimore the city isn't ghetto...but some of the areas where the clubs are located can be. Nightshift, where i just started, is industrial but its not a bad area at all (once you find it ) also, just like at showcase, the guys (or girls) don't have to sit on their hands either, so it can be a little touchy, but its up to the dancer. But really, anywhere in the city you should be more careful then usual, especially at night! good luck!

    DC sucks.
If you go to Baltimore try the gold club on pulaski highway. I love it there. Management is great and money is good. It's not ghetto at all. There is no touching in lap dances and the bouncers are strict about it. In the Gold and Champaigne room you're topless but they aren't allowed to touch your boobs or your butt(or kitty of course). Tip out is 20$ during the dayshift 30$ during nightshift and 50$ on friday and saturday nights. Plus you have to get 5 ten dollar drinks bought for you. You keep all the money from lap dances(30$) and stage tips. The champiagne room is 125 a half hour and you get 75$ plus whatever he tips you.
If you want come in during the daytime to talk to a manager and audition.

Good luck no matter where you end up working.

You don't have to sell drinks at the new Hustler club in Baltimore, but that corporation tends to be kinda shifty. Fees are low now and you keep all money from dances and VIP, but that changes as they got a foothold in the area.

I used to work at Camelot, but they're very picky about who they hire and scheduling can be a huge pain in the ass.

I also used to work at Good Guys, but there's new management there that I can't deal with and the money sucks.

If you're hot and a good hustler you can make big money at Showcase, but it is extremely high-mileage, hence the reason I walked out midway through my one shift there.

I heard Night Shift isn't what it used to be moneywise (what is?) but it's an institution in the area, so it will always have clientele.

The Gold Club is beautiful and there's money to be made there, but the opening of the Hustler has taken some clientele and there's quite a bit of drug use there.

Best of luck and let us know how it goes!

IMHO Peaches would work, especially because you have the appearance to pull it off.

I would recommend the Showcase for you. It's a lot of grinding, but give it a week and I predict quite a few $1K+ nights for you. The one night I worked there I saw a girl fitting your description pull in almost $2K and that was before the night was even over. She didn't tell me, but the guy tallying the dances told me.

I worked at camelot too for awhile. I really wouldn't reccomend.
I did hear the hustler club is alright but a lot of girls are now coming up to the gold club. I don't know if they are unhappy with the money or the management or whatever?
I've worked at the GC for awhile now and there definately isn't a lot of drug use. At least not that I've seen. I mean, there are some girls who slip by management but they get fired eventually.
but no drinks at the hustler club? That would be nice. But if you know the gold club you know the "if you leave the gold club for another club don't ever come back" rule. That's the only thing that sucks. I'm too happy working there to try somewhere else.

i didn't have any experience at all when i applied for nightshift...i just walked in, filled out an application and and the manager said, "be naked by the end of the second song" it was painless! just remember to be nice to everyone, and they will help you out!
    good luck!

This forum is such a great help!!! I am planning on auditioning in DC or MD soon myself and will definitely look up the clubs mentioned above. I would appreciate any tips anyone could give me as a newbie but it's cool to feel like I'm not alone when I read all of your stuff. Good luck to all of you in your auditions!!!
