The club I've been dancing at is actually split into two. Club1 has alcohol and pasties, and you must be a foot away from the customer while dancing [they can have an arm around you or something while you are not] - on stage basically you do a little floorwork for them, can include rubbing outside of thong. on stage you can only accept tips to the sides of g-string or garter or with mouth, not with breasts. You can do table-side dollar dances. To get to the VIP you must walk outside and down to the nude club, other side of the strip mall we're in.
The other, Club2, is nude and juice bar. Anything goes on stage, long as the guy isn't touching you with his hands. to give an example of the close contact, a girl will pull a guy's hat over his face and rub her naked kitty onto the hat, squishing it in there, so he feels it but through the hat.
The DJ at Club1 is fun but irritates me on occasion, like he says "you went up to that customer right after Xgirl left him, you should give the guy a breather." me: "I didn't even see xgirl leave him, I know him and always talk to him" him: "it's bad policy anyway." me: "I didn't do anything wrong." him: "it isn't a rule or anything, but I don't like to see girls pull that kind of stuff. I'm also the one who sees if a guy is grabbing your ass."
uhm, was that a threat? Like he'll stop enforcing rules if I annoy him? Girls he likes he'll threaten to not let take off her top if customers don't come up and tip during stage sets, will drum up support for her, but other girls get standard "and here's Ygirl on stage" end: "And now she's finishing up her show, we have Zgirl next..."
DJ at other place doesn't do a lot of drumming up, but doesn't do it to one or another girl specifically. Is pretty mellow in general.
However, the one thing I really don't know about is how the hustling is at Club2; is basically "wanna dance?" girls. And they BANK. I spend a song or two with a customer and no such luck. We're a small club, 30 people is a crowd, so there's no need to just do 'wanna dance?' but they manage it. they'll also come up to customers while you are talking to them or sitting with them and ask - my jaw nearly dropped when I was chatting with guy at bar, lull in conversation, dancer taps his shoulder, askes if he wants a dance and away he goes. Girls will go up to guys at the stage and do the same. Not just in between sets, but while naked girl is dancing two feet away. grr, couldn't you wait at least until my set is done?
They've said if I want to work at the nude club I'm welcome to just do a shift here and there or if I want just work there regularly, fine fine.
The money is roughly equal, at least from that shift.
Any advice? Thoughts, comments?
