    Default Should I tan?

I have a little color due to my Brazillian background but sometimes I do not feel I am tan enough. Sometimes I think my complextion looks just fine. I really do not want to go tanning because of risk of wrinkles and I do not feel like mystic tan because it is expensive and the tan does not last that long. I do not want to be super dark or anything but I just do not want to look pale. My pics in the gallery show my real color. Do you think my complextion looks ok and I should not risk tanning or do you think I would do better with a tan at work? ???

You could buy some self tanner, putthat on like twice a week.It isnt alot of work.Or you can tan in the beds or outdoors a few times a week, just cover your face and wear sunscreen and dont do it for long periods if your worried about wrinkles.

I have a little color due to my heritage, too. Sometimes I like to be a little darker, though, too. I use Mystic tan. It doesn't dry out my skin and looks better than the tan in the bottle. You should try it...but, don't do it the day that you work, do it the day before.

I wouldn't suggest tanning your face. They face is usually darker than the body anyway, especially with makeup added. A dark face will make you look old and come off badly in the dark club light.

tanning makes me feel great and evens out my skin tone.

So mystic tan looks the best? I just did it the first time the other day, but I never tried anything else. I seemed to be the only one to notice, but I thought I looked a little orange. Is there anything that looks more natural?

They all have the same active ingredient. This is what will change your skin tone. The differences are in application method. I think the Mystic Tan has the best application method because it's going to be even. I think you can acheive the same results with a mousse if you use gloves (always use a pair of gloves when applying tanner.....this is the trick to evenness and clean hands)

The only thing I've found is that girls with fair skin should not use the tanners labeled "deep" since those will appear orangy. On medium/dark skin, the deep should make for a better looking tan. But I think putting three coats of a "medium" tan versus two coats of a "deep" tan achieve the same results and leave less obvious errors for anyone.
