It sounds like you are doing extremely well! Congrats!!
Ummm...just do at least 30 minutes of cardio 3x's per week and watch the foods that you are eating. I highly suggest the Body-for-Life workout and the Eating-For-Life foods (websites are:
http://www.bodyforlife.com and
http://www.eatingforlife.com).
If you want that toned look, you will definitely get that from weights, however, don't worry about getting "big". For a woman, you would have to lift extremely heavy weights at high reps and do some juicing. Since that is not the look that you are going for, just doing a weight routine will help tighten your body and don't forget that the more Lean Body Mass you have, the faster your body will burn the excess fat!!
