Club Paradise is a good upscale gown club in Las Vegas, but if that's you pictured in that avatar I think you'd be better off going to Christie's in AZ . Okay, okay, I live in AZ but that has nothing to do with it I swear .

Club Paradise does Amateur night every Sunday and that is your audition. You can call the club for times.

Club Paradise has been a little slow lately, and yet there is still a ton of money to be made in the club. The management is really nice there and you'll find very little turnaround in that club because it's a good working environment and the money is good.

Paradise....and Treasures was suppossed to be ..but i think that went out the window. Even if you dont work at a gown club and you wear gowns, it may give you a classier (sp?) look.

You don't have to work in a gown club to wear gowns. If you're the only girl wearing a gown, you stand out. I do it often.

Paradise is a good place to work in LV. Be sure you have your sherriff's card before you go there. You can get that by getting a form from another club. Cheetah is usually good for that. Get the form from a club, take that, your driver license (or state ID or passport), social security card, and if you're under 25 take your birth certificate (original or official copy, no plain copies) to the sherriff's office. I think the charge is $40 for the license. Get to the office early in the am and be prepared to spend the day there. If you have everything together, you'll walk out with a shiny new LV sherriff's card ready to work in any club in LV.

The gown concept doesn't seem to be working well in LV except for Club Paradise. All the clubs that tried it stopped.

My wardrobe consists of short dresses and several robes. This look doesn't seem to be doing it here. I am used to sitting down with a guy and making a slow sell having worked in Houston where the clubs have a upscale manner of operation. Hustle does not work in Houston at all. All the girls dress in dresses and robes. Houston clubs are geared to time and company and not floor hustle. Vegas clubs no matter how upscale are geared to dance dance dance. I am having to make major adjustments in my approach and look to sell the Vegas customer.

A lot of guys come to the clubs in groups and don't seem interested in the one on one 20 minutes of conversation followed by dances, more conversation, and then more dances. There are so many girls working that the guys get defensive and just want dances and no wine and dine. Of course some VIP guys are different but lots of guys here are looking at a sexy body more than just a girl with a pretty face who looks elegant.

There is a big difference here in the way the girls sell dances at Treasures Vegas versus the way they are sold in Treasures Houston. Not as many of these guys want to run a tab and sit and get to know you in the Vegas club.

You have to be able to hustle dances in Vegas clubs. Girls don't spend much time with the customers here and even if they sell VIP's go on to the next guy when they can't sell the same guy more time.Granted you may get some older guys who look like Carleton Sheets who will run a tab and pay you for your time, but if that is why you want to come here, you'd be better off in another state's high end clubs. These clubs have a mixture of customers and lots of guys are just average Joe's who saved $1500 for their trip here and may have $200-$400 to blow in a club if you can get to them first and talk the dances out of them before the other 150 girls do. And sex appeal is 1/2 the equation.

The girls I see here who are selling more dances are showing cleavage and dressed just like you are in your picture along with seductive, agressive and persuasive selling.
