    heres something that has really helped mine.. after being pregnant i have that back fat that never existed before.. its quite gross i know .. and messes up the look of that smoooth torso that i so appealing

    not eating in the evening at all for 2 weeks
    I eat in the morning only .. a nice big fat meal making sure you get your good for you foods.. a salad and some fresh juice..protein ect..

    before 11
    then nothing else for the rest of the day
    just tea or coffee

    when i eat later in the day thats when it seems they get worse
    when i dont eat in the later part of the day it seems all the bloat is gone by morning..after a few days of eating like this you really seem to shrink and yet still feel energetic as you are not starving yourself
    like when my son wants pizza for dinner and i oogle it.. i just save a couple slices and eat them the next day at my morning meal so dont feel deprived

    Just get lipo and that problem will be permantly sloved. keep watching your diet but go to a doctor. you'll be so happy when you do...

    Cardio is the only thing that will burn the fat.
    If you do exercises, then working on your back will help define the muscles.
    I doubt you need lipo to get rid of it. I bet its not even that much fat. Just do cradio and strength exercises so you can define your back, as well as burn the fat.

    by the way, pariah, did you mean that you dont eat after 11am? If so, this is very bad for you. You body will go into starvation mode if you dont eat a couple of times a day. THEN, it will hold onto the fat you already have.
    Its not a good idea to starve or eat so little.
    Lower your white carb intake....dont eat those after 3pm... eat proteins and good carbs like veggies. Drink lots of water, and dont eat that pizza. lol (UNLESS you have it once or twice a week, and again, before 3pm.)

    remember that if you dont eat a few times a day, your metabolism slows down...and thats not a good thing.

    get lipo and watch waht you eat and work out 4 weeks after lipo and you'll be fine. the fat will be gone in an hour with lipo and then all you have to do is keep your weight down by eating right and working out and you'll be okay.
    stop eating sweets and fatty fried foods. shop at whole foods. be natural.

    First off you need to eat ...Like Lexi said, or you're body will go in to starvation mode.
    Try to eat 5-6 small meals per day. Cut you as much pastas and white bread, potatoes, etc. as you can. Get lean proteins,fruits and veggies.
    Tonalin works great for firming up the body. There are several threads on it here in the body section.
    I would only opt for lipo as a LAST resource. You can invest in a good physical trainer and nutritionalist for the same amount of money. Besides that, you won't see the results from liposuction for at least 4-6 weeks !

    Eating five small, healthy meals a day keeps your metabolism up, and you will burn more calories. Try doing mini workouts during commercials while you're watching T.V.. You get like 12 min. of exercise per show! I get about 25 min of toning exercises (I keep 5lb. weights next to my couch) during my soap every day.

    It isn't necessarily how much you eat as it is what you eat that is important. Get into an exercise program you can stick with to keep that weight off.

    Get Lipo? Are you high? Lipo is a quick-fix...unfortunately it's not permanent. I had a friend get lipo (she didn't even need it) and ended up blowing up like a balloon.

    Anyways...you need to constantly feed your body. Eating healthy and drinking lots of water will help get rid of that excess. You need to eat 5-6 times per day. Eat a healthy breakfast, have a mid-morning snack (protein shake or fruits and veggies) have a healthy lunch, mid-day snack, have dinner and then a snack before you go to bed. The key is quality and portions. You also need to do cardio. Cardio is the best way to get rid of unwanted fat. The best thing about working out to get rid of that fat is the strength you will gain...which will help you with your dancing. You should check out the Body for Life book (http://www.bodyforlife.com) and the Eating for life book (http://www.eatingforlife.com). They are great together and they really do work. When I started this plan after my daughter was born, I was a 24.8% Body fat...3 months later, I was 20% body fat and toned. I have kept it off and I've never felt better.

    You may want to kill me for this advice but to get fat off the back and tummy you Must cut back animal fats, starches, and sugar. No more pizza! The more often you eat the faster your metabolism will burn fat. Just don't eat more than you could fit in the palm of your hand. It'll be weird for the first few days to get used to the new timings and coming up with new ways to snack but you can double your weight loss rate by eating better. Try to substitute the meat you'd normally eat with fish and bean dishes. That way your muscles will tighten up and the steroids in the meat and dairy will pass out of your system, reducing your bloat. Let the refined sugar and starch pass out of you, reducing your bloat. Substitute soy milk for cow's milk. Be patient. It will take some weeks to trim down and even stress can bloat you.
