heres something that has really helped mine.. after being pregnant i have that back fat that never existed before.. its quite gross i know .. and messes up the look of that smoooth torso that i so appealing
not eating in the evening at all for 2 weeks
I eat in the morning only .. a nice big fat meal making sure you get your good for you foods.. a salad and some fresh juice..protein ect..
before 11
then nothing else for the rest of the day
just tea or coffee
when i eat later in the day thats when it seems they get worse
when i dont eat in the later part of the day it seems all the bloat is gone by morning..after a few days of eating like this you really seem to shrink and yet still feel energetic as you are not starving yourself
like when my son wants pizza for dinner and i oogle it.. i just save a couple slices and eat them the next day at my morning meal so dont feel deprived

Just do cradio and strength exercises so you can define your back, as well as burn the fat.
