You look pretty cute to me, but seriously what matters most of all is how self confident you are and how you carry yourself. If YOU think you're attractive then that will come across and the customers will probably think you're attractive as well. People say it all the time on here: the top earners are not necessarily the most conventionally-attractive girls anyway, they're the girls who are self confident, who smile and are friendly and make eye contact and are outgoing enough to talk to the customers and try to get dances.

P.S. I'm close to the same size as you. I'm not trying to lose any weight and I like my body and I do as well as anyone else at my club. If anyone tries to tell you that you need to lose weight to be a dancer don't pay attention because it's not true. Customers are into all different body types. Some people will be assholes but lots of people will appreciate both your body and the extra confidence it takes to be a dancer when you aren't as skinny as most of the girls. Good luck!

P.P.S. Dancing is also an excellent form of exercise. I've gotten more in shape in the two months since I started dancing than I ever did in the last several years of frequent trips to the gym!

You have a pretty face, and seems to me you know how to do some makeup already.

Your size depends on how you carry it remember. If you do some cardio and strength exercises you will burn any fat you want to get rid of. Also eating healthy will do a lot to you.

The main key IS confidence though. Guys like girls of all shapes and sizes! Good luck!

    Hi Honey,

You have a pretty face. I can't tell what your body looks like, but it's not really weight that matters, it's how you carry it. Dancing tones you up very quickly, so any extra weight that you have will come off quickly as long as you do not overeat or drink too much alcohol.

I'm not sure what type of club you are going to apply at. Upscale gown clubs can be more picky-they have girls coming in every day looking for jobs-so they may tell you to lose weight. But at most clubs, you will not have a problem, assuming your body is in proportion.

By the way, I'm 5'4" and I weigh around 135. I'm definitely not skinny and I've never had a problem making money. You don't weigh much more than me-as long as you have a good personality, I"m sure you'll do fine.

I really like Honey as a name but I also think Alyssa really suits you as well. You could always use Alyssa as your fake "real" name (for when customers incessantly pester you to tell them your real name).

thanks i will use it as my fake real name lol. The club i want to work at is not a gown club what so ever i just want to work there and get some experience under my belt and then go to like a Centerfolds here we have. That is my plan and then once i work for Centerfolds i will be getting ready for the Miss Exocit Contest they have in San. Francisco next year when I am more in the know about everything!

Yeah, alot of people tell me that I have a bubbly personality. I currently work at Starbucks so I am really super friendly and always have a smile on my face.

Thanks girls for all the advice!

This month: practice walking in heels! Then, once you can do that, practice DANCING in heels. Wobbling is definitely not sexy.

Good luck! It seems like you've thought this through and are well suited to the job.
