Okay, i know i ask a ton of questions but i looked before i asked this one and i don't see a post for it.
I am 5'4-5'5 and about 150ish and I have been working my ass off to get this ugly cottage cheese off my legs and my bootie!
I am running a mile and doing squats with my own body weight walking lunges.
What am i doing wrong? I am not dancing yet cause of this problems so does anyone have any tips for me? Please I am getting really unmotivated! And if you can tell me what you think of my photo if i have what it takes will be a bouns thanks all!
