    Default When Customers Go Bad

Lately I have had to deal with an insane problem. There are these customers who have fixated on me in an obsessive way. I have cut off all contact with them in the club. So I don't even look in their direction because of how weird they are. All of these men stare at me and they are upset that I do not associate with them at all. I am being stalked in the club. I can't have them removed, so I just have to work every shift with them glaring at me. They don't even talk to other girls. It is just bizarre.
The customer that I have the most problems with found out that I had been concerned about the way he has been. Someone told him that I think he is a stalker and that I am afraid of him. He confronted me and it was a mess. So now my predicament has intensified. All three of these men have created these delusions that have only made matters worse and they continue to come in every shift, even at the same time. Which is why I cannot associate with them in the bar in any way.
I want to just tell them to fuck off, but that could create even more problems. Has anyone out there had to deal with anything like this? How did you deal with it?

I guess I need a better understanding of your previous "relationships" with these customers. Are these just guys who have bought a few dances from you on and off ? Are these guys that you cultivated as "regular" customers who spent lots of time and money with you ? Are these guys whose only interactions with you occurred inside the club ?

I had the same questions, Melonie...

It seems weird, though, that you cannot go to management and tell them the situation. Or is there something more to the story? At my club, if a dancer has a problem with a customer, that customer is asked to leave. They can come in any day that the dancer is not there...and there is no reason for them to be in there if they are causing problems...

To better explain the situation involving these customers, I used to spend time sitting with them and now I no longer do. The interactions only took place in the club.
Two of them spent quite a bit of money on me but I don't think that has much to do with it.
I think it is because other girls are trying to get their attention and money, and I am not.
I am avoiding them and that makes them want me more. I am not the only one that these guys do this to I am sure. They are after every dancer in town I know this.
Being I have dropped them- from the way the have been acting, is why things are so odd right now. I would not mention this to management unless a situation occurs. Where I work, they only kick someone out when something happens, not because I am uncomfortable with someone. I am only trying to protect myself from their obsessiveness, which is why I do not talk to them anymore.
It just really creeps me out the way customers can turn on ya. They have this evil glare that makes me think that they hate me now because I won't talk to them. One told me his feelings were hurt. So I just am keeping my distance. Because people that I don't really know have feelings for me, just because I am dancing in a stripclub.....

Are you sure? A big reason guys go to clubs and become a girl's regular has to do with the attention they get from us. We're basically paid to flirt, tease and dance for these guys and if you repeatedly spend a while with someone as opposed to just a dance or two, some of these guys will get emotionally attached and become upset because you breached an unspoken contract. This is not to say that the unwanted attention is your fault, but you may be a bit naive about the relationship at play here.
