What excersise do you think is the best overall for keeping lift and shape on non enhanced women?
I want to make sure I'm working the right muscles to help keep me perky !



Any good chest strengthening exercise will help to keep you breasts firm and perky. I like Dumbell flat bench presses, Incline push ups, and Dumbell incline flyes. What's most important is making sure that the exercise is done correctly. Also be sure not to work out the same muscles every day, you won't see improvements that way. They need a day's rest between work outs. However, what actually helped me out the most with my sagging issue (I sag bad from losing too much weight too fast) was to gain back a few pounds. It helped fill me out up top, but that may vary woman to woman.
Push ups, but usually excercising tends to make you lose size, so don't over do it. Since breasts are mainly fat excercise of course will take that away.
