Hi Everyone, this will be my first post - yay!
I have a question regarding CLA. Many of you mention taking Tonalin CLA to help firm up your bodies, which has been reported to work very well.
Upon your advice I went to a health food store but did not find that exact type. Instead, I bought a bottle of plain CLA.
The instructions are to take two to three capsules twice a day, mentioning that you get 70% CLA in each capsule. Is this the same thing as what many of you are taking? On the shelves there were so many bottles of CLA products and I was concerned that perhaps I didn't get the right one.
Can anyone let me know what they think?
