Odds are 99.9% that the contract is with the club and not with the agency. At any rate, it is the club that fronted the money for the plane tickets, it is the club that has been providing "free" accomodations, it is the club that stands to lose money if they leave early. Like every other clubowner everywhere, the owner will want his money back and losses covered. However, given that the club is in Mexico and that the girls are foreigners working there illegally, the clubowner has many more options in regards to "collection procedures".My question to you is, what will happen in regards the contract you have with the agency? I'm sure that they will not react kindly to you leaving.
With US girls, all it cost to deport them from TJ to So Cal was a ride in a patrol car to the border. Deporting girls to Australia will cost the Mexican Gov't lots more money than this ! Besides, if the clubowner accuses them of stealing from the club because he has not been repaid for the first 1/2 of their air fare which they have already used, they'll be charged with something much more serious than just working without a visa. This would mean working their way through Mexican police stations and courts before deportation would ever be considered. You've got to remember that these girls have already "taken" probably well over US$1000 each from the clubowner and already spent it (for their flight to from Australia to Mexico). Until/unless this is repaid or worked off, they owe the clubowner big time. If they try to skip out without repaying or working off this debt, it will be considered theft by the clubowner and by the Mexican authorities ! This is an entirely different and much more serious matter than merely working in a Mexican club without a visa, as the California girls were doing. US$1000 in Mexico is SERIOUS money !!!I know 2 girls personally who were deported from Mexico back to the US for working in a Tiajuana strip club without visas. Best case scenario would be for you to be deported imo. But Mexico City is much farther away from the border than TJ.
Also, the clubowner or anybody else owed money really wants his money back, not the person who owes him the money busted or deported. In Mexico, there are lots of options open for an unscrupulous clubowner to "help" beautiful foreign girls earn a lot of money very quickly, and I'm actually much more worried about this possibility if the clubowner has discovered that these girls might skip out than Mexican police or deportation.
