ok i have a few questions 4 u girls all of u mention cardio to "tone" what kind? like just jogging..? also i am a complete junk food junkie what are your eating plans like.. im not overweight just wanna look more tones, also what supplements are good.. diet or just for ur health... oh and does any 1 know how to get rid of stretchmarks... well they are more like red marks on my inner thighs.. sorry for the overload u dont have to answer all the questions.. but advice is appreciated also any links you know of u think could help me out here! thanx girlz!
