    ok i have a few questions 4 u girls all of u mention cardio to "tone" what kind? like just jogging..? also i am a complete junk food junkie what are your eating plans like.. im not overweight just wanna look more tones, also what supplements are good.. diet or just for ur health... oh and does any 1 know how to get rid of stretchmarks... well they are more like red marks on my inner thighs.. sorry for the overload u dont have to answer all the questions.. but advice is appreciated also any links you know of u think could help me out here! thanx girlz!

    Hi yas,

    Okay I think I can answer a few of your questions that work for me and from what I read in fitness mags etc...

    As for the Cardio well that one is kind of easy. Yes you can do any kind of cardio such as jogging, walking, even doing the stationary bike but you have to work up a sweat and do it for 35-45 minutes. I do tons of cardio. I get up early in the mornings and jog about 2 miles on land which is about 35 minutes then I come in and do some yoga for flexiablity and then pilates for my core streagth in the abs.

    As for you diet I can email you a diet I follow its really strict and you have to eat through out your day about 4-5 times a day of small meals and you are allowed a cheat day once a week for your junk meal or whatever you crave. You should be drinking tons of water that will give you that glow and does help your skin look refresh.

    As for that tone look you want... Then I suggest also doing some light weight lifting. If you have a gym membership then pull one of the trainers and ask to show you some exercise or you could do your own. You could do dumbell curls, dumbell raises, lat pull downs for your back, you need to hit all your body also not just problem areas cause there is no such thing LOL believe me I know

    I have lost alot of weight i was 196 now 150ish so I kind of know a few things.

    As for fat burners that is up to you. I heard CLA is suppose to be a really good one I am taking it and I see results that is at GNC.

    As for streachmarks I am using this Streach mark creamer from AVON and it works really good. I also use a firming lotion. I think you can also hide them with Dermablend.
