Has anyone done this? I recently went on a cruise and met a woman that swore by it, and since we were both the same blood type (A), she let me have her book.....actually, it was more like she insisted I take it.
I've done it for 4 days now and I have to say I have a lot of energy and I've lost a pound and a half. It says I should be eating a diet which is very similar to the Asian diet....grains, fruits, vegetables, soy, certain fish, nuts, etc. This also supposedly explains why I could never lose weight on the Atkins (which is a good diet for O types, which possibly explains why so many people have good results with it.) I was also dragging on Atkins, and had stinky breath and constipation, so I don't think it was right for me.
Any body know more about this?

. So much "word!". So many of those 'bad O foods' are the ones I list as personal "IBS irritators". Crazy.
