I am a terrible dieter, but I need to, otherwise junk-food runs my life, I'll eat it before and after EVERY meal!!!! I get cravings for things as terrible as girls do when their pregnant, and will panic and drive all over the place to find what I want! Any tips to help curb cravings and get on the right track? a

Also, high fiber food can keep you filled all morning- oatmeal, bran flakes, whole grain bread....drink lots of water too.
