    Default PMS!

Blah! I feel so yicky, bloated and cranky. I'm miserable and having been eating sugar like it's going out of style the last two days. I'm not sure what triggered this, cause I rarely get like this anymore. Does anyone have any tried and true tricks to get out of the dumps and start feeling human again? I know exercise helps for some, but quite honestly I am tired and lazy, and I just know that I can't motivate myself to get moving.

Quality time with the vibrator. Long hot baths. Aspirin. Go ahead and eat whatever you want because your body will probably burn it off during your period. Going for walks too. If you can't muster the will to get up, watch some movies you've been putting off for a while....

I TOTALLY FEEL YOU ON THIS!

I was on the shot and recenetly stopped taking it so i had my first real period this weekend and MAN LET ME TELL YOU PMS IS A FREAKIN WITCH!

My poor boyfriend had a basket case on his hands, i was super needy, mad, sad, hungry. I ate candy everything. I allowed myself two days to feel this way then when Monday rolled around I got back on my diet.

And I noticed my body wasn't so much hungry just thirst for water and to workout. I can't lay around alot in my house so I went for a walk, painted my toes, got my nails done. Took some Advil and felt better.

Hit the gym if you can and drink some ice cold water. Paint your toes water your grass something go sun bathing get outside and in the fresh air you will feel better!

    good luck sweetie,
    honey

ABSOLUTELY! That and some good loving - takes the cramps away every time!
As far as energy. B12 is awesome and if you can get to the doc once a month for a shot, it's awesome!

Take your calcium supplements. This will actually prevent the onset of PMS, or at least tone it down for future months. Get the oyster shell or coral calcium and take 1500 mgs per day. You'll see!

PMS is what you call a parasympathetic flush. The body, in it's infinite wisdom uses any and all routes to flush toxins out of the body. Toxins come out in sweat, ejaculation, saliva, ear wax, eye crusties, mucous, urine, excrement, runny nose, and any other way it can escape from the body.

Since I changed my diet, never have a stuffed or runny nose, no more bad-smelling sweat, no more eye-crusties, no more bad breath, or any other undesirable things of this nature. My girlfriend went from terrible periods to not even knowing it was her period just from changing her diet. Like they say GOGO "garbage in , garbage out".

My point is, from my experience with my GF and many other females I have talked to, PMS DISAPPEARS when we put the right foods into our bodies. Women's bodies use the menstral cycle as a MAJOR route to flush out toxins. Many of these recirculate back into the bloodstream causing headaches, pains, irratation and discomfort.

My girlfriend found this out the hardway when she went back to a "normal" diet and all of her heavy menstral cycles, PMS, and the whole 9 came back. When she came back to "the natural diet" the symptoms went away again.

So, YOU are the ones who decides what your body is going to do. You reap what you sow, you get out of your body what you put in. Nature's laws are simple, start following them. Eat natural foods, and live a natural life. You will never see a deer with a runny nose. WHY ? Because a deer eats what it id supposed to. Ever see an overweight deer? Me either. The only animals who suffer any kind of disease are cats, dogs, and other animals who we feed totally unnatural canned, cooked foods.

Fish, Fish, Fish! A few days before I'm supposed to get my period(at least), I eat salmon and carbs and other essential fatty acid foods, and I notice a HUGE difference when I actually get my period. Try to cut down on red meat, dairy products, caffeine, and sugar. Also, cammomile tea, or PMS tea from the health food store can help quite a bit.

B6 vitamins work like a charm for me. I also eat very light (salads and fruit) and I drink lots of water.
