I usually don't pay much attention to stuff like this, but a customer of mine witnessed me chomping on my ice (I usually order a glass of ice and chew it) and said that its a sign of your body being low on vitamins. During the same conversation, he had ordered me dinner (a salad with three sliced tomatoes) and said that tomatoes were the same thing, that if you crave ice or tomatoes your body is lacking something.
Any of you heard of that? I guess this is a question for all you diet health gurus.
I chew on ice all the time, I crave it, I also crave tomatoes constantly! I'm talking take a tomato and eat it just like an apple. And ice just pop it like candy.
