I know I'd be more consistant in my workouts if I did them immediatly after getting up. I get sidetracked sometimes if I eat and wait to digest and occasionaly I end up skipping my workout. I really think if I got up and just downed some juice and went to it I'd faithfully workout
Is a glass of O.J enough to put in me before working out so I don't burn off lean tissue ?
Btw- my workout consists of 30/40 min of cardio-usualy on the treadmill sometimes beg. level areobics and then light weights and a good stretch.
