Hi all! I'm going to start doing strength/weight training so that I can get back into shape before working. I'm very lean (definitely do not need to lose weight) and when I do work out with weights, I tend to see results rather quickly.
In any event, I was wondering if it would be OK for me to do weight training 4-5 times a week. I've heard that you're supposed to let your muscles rest for a day after working out with weights, but would I actually be doing any harm to myself if I worked out say, Monday through Friday? I want to look toned ASAP, not just for dancing but so I can wear summer clothes, since I'm kind of self conscious about my skinniness. Thanks for any info you may have!
