i dont see what basis law can be made as to who one is entitled to spend money on, depending on who uses drugs. I happen to know someone who works for a professional football team thats a major cokehead/alcoholic, etc. etc. since, his salary is paid by the team, and therefor from revenue from ticket sales, does that mean it should be illegal to purchase tickets to see this team play? afterall its immoral to support his drug problem.
if someone choses to do drugs, thats their choice. how can you say that someone who does drugs doesn't have the right to make a living, but someone who doesn't can? by not allowing them to make money however they chose, you're going to force them to turn to crime in order to get their drug money. its not going to stop them from using drugs(as it hasn't so far) nor is it going to help them in anyway. some people just aren't cut out for life, so be it.
personally, im all for legalized prostitution, and if the first step was regulated prostitution fine. however, im against regulation, but would settle for it.
