Re:What To Do!
Dunno about Texas but Ive been hearing from girls at my club in Sacramento that theres not a whole lot of money in Vegas right now. I think the money is slow everywhere at this time... people just dont hang out in clubs when the weather gets better.
Just my $0.02

Re:What To Do!
Your problem is that LA clubs seem to be dominanted by lap dancing, as the major source of sales. Sounds like you don't want to do lap dances. I'm sure there are just topless clubs up here, but I don't know them. Try 4-Play in West Los Angeles. It's low mileage, but has lap dancing. The girls tend to be more Barbie-dollish, but the customers aren't mileage hounds either.

Re:What To Do!
San Diego is by far the "strictest" city on the west coast in regard to contact rules. Clubs in Orange County, Vegas and Texas are going to involve much higher levels of contact being expected in order for a dancer to earn decent money. If you're talking about working for one or two weeks in these other locations you might not have a problem, because you can probably capitalize on the "hot new girl" factor and you won't have to worry much about customers warning each other in advance that you don't provide much contact during private dances. However, if you try to stay in one club much longer than that, it's highly likely that word will start to get around that you only give air dances thus customers will avoid spending money on you. This is especially true concerning LA/OC clubs, since there is so much specific club info available online i.e. and various Yahoo groups.

I'm in SD too so I understand your dilemma. This probably won't help but I've noticed more girls coming down from OC/bernardino area. Also I knew a girl who commuted to Capt. Creams and she's not even working now. First she made good money now the trip is not worth it. (although I'm not too sure what her "work ethic" is) although you will surely make decent money during your honeymoon period.
To go work in Vegas for "a few days" isn't worth it either imo unless there is a convention or event in town. And convention season if it's not over it's pretty damn near close. So you won't have the huge tourist crowd and it seems alot of local boys there like their local girls.
Working in Texas (since you didn't mention a city and texas is huge lets just say El Paso) for a few weeks sounds better to me than working in Vegas for a few days.
I vote for:
1) OC
2) Texas
3) Vegas
in that order.
