horrors! I was at a club and some guy from south america was in the club and spending lots of money. A latin girl took him in the champagne room ( he didnt speak english) and stole his wallet and his wedding ring, which he had in his pocket. The poor guy was upset about the money, but really upset about the ring. The girl got him so drunk he passed out and then just picked his pocket. She was fired, thanks goodness!

I dont think there was an intended point about her being latin, i think she was just adding detail to her story.

ha i think the point was maybe that the customer was of spanish decent, and didnt speak english, and another dancer ALSO of spanish decent took him for a dance, doind the math, that no doubt means THEY BOTH SPOKE THE SAME LANGUAGE....... :?

Girls can be so stupid!! I was working at a club last week out here in Vegas...it was more of a local place, anyhow...some girl stole my shoes!!The shoes I walked in the club with!! How Ghetto!! They werent like 500 dollar shoes or anything, they were flip flops that had chunky bottoms. They were my favorite and they were all beat up because I have had them for 2 years!!!!!!
What is wrong with girls!! Girls that do dumb shit like that, give us other girls a bad name. I have found money bags and wallets...I always turn it it to the cash cage or a manager...hasnt anyone ever heard of KARMA!!!!

Yes ... the police have ! Unfortunately, when they get around to paying back an accumulated load of bad club karma, they're usually not very picky about which dancers they decide to include in the payback !

Putting it another way, I'm just as frustrated as you are that exotic dancing now has such a large element of theft, drugs, sex etc. associated with it - whether assumed or actual. This is a huge change from the mid-90's 'show business' atmosphere I started dancing in. The small percentage of todays dancers who do involve theft, drugs, sex etc. in todays clubs have managed to almost entirely kill off the 'show business' aspect, and instead to create an atmosphere of 'sleaze'. It comes as no surprise that dance club customers are wary and are typically spending less.

Ah, yes, theft. I've had a couple of my CD's stolen from some dancers, and I've had a customer that TRIED to steal my cash. And I have seen, first hand, girls steal money from customers. But the customers didn't seem to care! Someone told me that when people go to stripclubs, they are just asking to get stolen from and taken advantage of. I just watch out for everyone--the dancers and the customers. Stealing is MAJOR bad karma--ouch, wonder what that $5000 thief is going to get.

hear hear! back when I started, the vets put the fear of God in me, I never even imagined doing anything I wasn't supposed to. Now us vets get our asses chewed out by mgt. for trying to school new girls.

where the hell can you get a boob job for 2500 anyway, she WILL probally spend it on drugs anyway, WHAT A WASTE!
Maybe she went over to Dothan, AL where I had mine done for $2,900...

This theft at Cheetah's serves a very important lesson to us all: PUT THE PIMP WAD IN YOUR PUSSY!

Just kidding...seriously, 5K isn't worth losing your job for, especially in a town like Vegas, where she could get her sheriff's card revoked and be blackballed.

Prime example of why dancers get such a bad rap.
Don't think she will be working at any Vegas clubs any time soon.

OMG~ thats happened to me twice! I was always really good about locking my stuff up but sometimes I'd forget my street shoes under the makeup table. The 2nd time it happened I totaly remembered when I hit the floor and went back to lock them up and whamo they already were gone

I have to say though that majority of the theft issues I had were with customers. Over the years I have caught guys stealing t-backs and other costume stuff and I had numerous guys try to take money right off my leg :o
