I'm trying to tone up and lose a little weight but I don't want to lose my currently curvey, round butt. I've started doing Pilates and I'm wondering if it's going to make my butt smaller. I've noticed that with Pilates I have to contract my butt for support. Also I was wondering if doing lunges with weights makes the butt smaller. It also seems like when I was running regularly my butt was a little smaller.Anyone else have this problem with exercise making your butt smaller?
