At my club here in Atlanta, management recently changed how our stage rotation works. Before, it was loosely based on what order the girls came into the club. But more often, if you wanted to get on stage at a good time slot(usually after 1:30-2am) you had to tip the dj extra and be a top money maker at the club.
The thing is, at my club on our busy nights we have lots of athletes, recording artists, high dollar hustlers and the like that come in and like to show off in front of their friends and you are very likely, if you are on stage during the late hours to make $300-$500(per person) on your stage set.
A couple of weeks ago, the rule was changed and now you can no longer choose stage partners and the dj MUST put you up in the order that you came to work.
I always arrive to work late (we don't get in trouble for it, you just have to pay a fine) and last night I didn't get on stage for the first time ever (because i came so late). I suppose the new rule is more fair to all the girls, I guess I j ust have to get used to coming in earlier! lol
Anyway, just made me wonder what the normal procedure for stage rotation is at other clubs and is there a big fuss about it at other clubs like there is at mine?

If the girls tip the DJ $40 a night, they get whatever they ask for. If they tip less, they get called to a third stage while giving dances in the VIP even though no customers were there.
