i've been really into fitness lately and i bought this magazine that has a huge article about meditating... i've never tried it before but it seems kinda cool. has anybody here tried it or still do it? what's it like?

what I do is just pray every morning. I can't get inot med. its not for me!

I used to meditate 1-2 times per day. I don't do it so much anymore..I am trying to make more time for meditating, I used to be very relaxed and peaceful and my muscles were not as tight.
My new love...is me !
