    Do you agree with Bill Phillips and his Body For Life book about being able to lose fat and still have a 'Free Day'

    YES, YES, YES!!

    I am a Body-for-Lifer...and I can tell you that this way of life is the best! The whole thing about the cheat day is to not deprive yourself. To know that you can have a day that you eat whatever you want. For myself, I have found that even on some of my cheat days, I choose not to eat pizza or cake or whatever. Simply because I do not crave it. And, I have also found, that when I DO indulge, the proportions are so much smaller...I really do not want to eat so much "junk" food. My body is so used to eating healthy, that when I do not eat healthy, I really feel it.

    I am not ripped like some of the people who are featured in the book, however, I have gone from a size 10 to a size 7 in about 2 1/2 months. I am quite lean and extremely strong...and healthier than I have ever been!!

    I love Body-for-Life...I believe that it is a great program...if you follow it.
