Hey girls! I've been an avid reader of this sight for quite some time but never a writer..anyway...I was hoping that I could get some of your wonderful advice on a little problem I've been having trying to diet. Right now I am 135 pounds and at the height of 5'2...so yeah I need to lose some weight. I've been trying so hard to find something that works for me. Working out isn't a problem since I've always been an active person. I just eat so much junk food and sugar. My problem is that I can't find a way to eat without feeling deprived and then ultimately ruining my diet by BINGING on candy, cookies, ice cream and such. It's getting really frustrating because now I weigh a little more than I started.I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas to help me control this lol. I'd like to eat a few small meals a day, but have them be satisfying but low in fat and calories. If anyone could help me or has any advice on this I would appreciate it so much! I've seriously tried everything I can think of, which isn't very much. I don't want to lose sight of my goal and right now this really has me down.
