There may have been a post about this when it first came out, so sorry if I'm being repetetive, but after meeting with a nutritionist, she thought that I would enjoy starting this diet. You follow it through a book by Dr. Nicholas Perricone, a dermatologist, because it supposedly makes you healthy from the inside out. It has been said to be responsible for "J-Lo's glow". Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone has tried it, as I'm pretty psyched except for the excessive amounts of supplements you have to take later on, but I start my 3 day trial tomorrow, which is supposed to show you results through your skin. Can't wait!
