A simple mini black tube dress should do the trick...
I'm sure anyother dark color for that matter. Love yourself! Remember eventually that camo must come off...

Hi! Dallas here. I like wraps to slim down thighs and hips. Last year I gained 20 pounds because I quit drinking. I don't know how that happened, I guess I just started eating! While my boobs looked great, my tummy and butt were bigger than I have ever been. I wore cute bras, bikini tops or other things with short wraps. I think you can hide a lot behind them.
Currently however, I have gotten back to running and have taken back off most of the weight. I know running is not for everyone but if the key for me to be slim from the waist down. What I like about running the most is the psychological effects. I am not homicidal or suicidal as long as I get a good run in!
No really, it is the best mood stabilizer, body toner and fat burner. I think you will be surprised. Part of being in our occupation is having a great body. Having the confidence comes from working on our bodies. You have to go through the pain to see the results.

Running is fabulous! I used to treadmill a lot (no outdoors as I never had the right shoes and as such absorbed lots of shock in my legs! It hurt like nobody's business!)

And I can honestly say, a lot of people were jealous of how toned my body (esp. my legs) had become. Because when you run, you are taking the impact of your whole body weight everytime your foot hits the ground. This inevitably tenses your muscles frequently hence why it helps tighten them. As with virtually every exercise, remember to try keep your tummy held tight for better results!!

    G'luck!

Oh, almost forgot, for hips (or saddlebags), I would really recommend Tae-Bo because they have a few good exercises there that target them and for thighs, try leg lifts, lunges or squats. They will add muscle, but they do help define that area and your butt to look more toned. x

Do Squats, lunges, leg curls, leg extensions, but blaster, etc. Make sure you do weight light enough, so you be able to do at least 15 reps in each set. (Not to light though) If you can do 3 sets of 15 no problem, add weight. If you barely make the 15, so that is good weight.
???Ps: Exercise is hard, but you have to give it , to have it. Good look

Hey V-G! I know what you mean I feel the same way about myself! I have a machine by Brenda Dygraf (bought on shopping chanel, called "lateral thigh trainer, it's supposed to work lower bod. It's basically a low stepper (no rails). I'll let you know how it goes, am lazy about usin' it. I do try to walk, running places pounding stress on skeltal if done a concrete, etc.

I managed to drop 6% of my total body fat in 6 weeks using interval cardio training combined with weights/ resistance training. I also went on a moderate diet (I still ate at Mcd's, just had yogurt and grilled chicken instead of nuggets and fries), that I based from the bodyforlife.com website.

In the meantime, get a dark tan. Darker skin hides fat and cellulite. Also try booty shorts or scrunchy butt panties instead of t-back bottoms. These seem to have a slimming effect more so than the traditional thong. Also dresses that are long and flare at the bottom (kind of looks like a mermaid) as well as flare leg pants will make your hips look smaller, and your legs longer. The shoes will help a lot too.

Don't wear babydoll type nighties or dresses, as I have noticed that an empire type waistline will make you thighs look bigger. Aviod white or light colored stockings, and long gowns that are slit all the way up on both sides. Wear outfits that are tight on the upper body to show off your best features.

    Good luck, and have fun
