    Ok....no, this isn't a vanity thing! lol

    For all of you who have been asking why I don't start stripping, go to the gallery and see my new pics (in the upload section). Sorry it took so long, I couldn't find my digital camera.

    But if you look at the body shots, you'll see what the manager meant when she told me that I looked like I just had a baby. Now matter what I've weighed, it's always been a variation of this shape. I've been 30 lbs lighter than I am right now, and the rolls were just smaller, not gone. My sister, who is now 105 lbs has the same problem.

    I already know that everyone is going to say, "you have to work out....do crunches" but my sister and I were both dancers and even when we were dancing several hours a day 5 days a week, we couldn't get rid of it. What do you guys think?

    I don't know what to say because I know that you are financially strapped right now...but you are very beautiful, and have lovely blond hair, nice face, skin, and you are tall with long legs. These are assets....

    Obviously you know how to diet and excersice, or do you? Crunches only build muscle under fat. You need to see a nutricionist and get on a real diet plan. But I know you don'y have the $$, so maybe you can look online....

    Another thing....have you thought of escorting to get some $$ quick so that you can see a professional trainer/nutricionist to help you speed up your progress. Hehe, guess I'm on a kick with this subject today, but really......its something we women always have an option to do.....


    I've recommended a waist cincher/corset before. You could wear it escorting and not take it off or in the club if they will let you...

    SCGirl - Hey baby! I feel your pain. I look like I just had a baby too (lol, of course I did 3 mos. ago - but I have ALWAYS looked like that, even before kids). When I get ballsier I'll post pics so we can share our miseries. However, I came across this online diet program, which I joined because it sounded really good, but I haven't gotten 'undepressed' enough to commit to it yet. It's called sixpacknow.com. It's $40 or something like that for your personalized program, but since I have a membership and you're strapped for cash, I can give you the basics if you want and you can kinda go from there. It's based on the idea that all the crunches in the world won't give you a nice flat tummy if you still have nasty layers of fat, so they tell you how to lose the fat and work the abs. Pretty simplistic but sometimes you just need it spelled out for you... Anyway, post here if you're interested.

    Hun, you look very pretty in your pictures. Beautiful face and eyes.

    I DO see your problem areas, but most women have something they dont like. I think, like Katrine said...crunches and all forms of muscle resistance exercises firm and build muscle. If there is fat on top, it will burn some of the fat BUT will make you look bulkier if there is too much.
    The BEST thing would be to eat right, but CARDIO is the best thing for this. If you do cardio on FAT BURN it will keep your heart rate in the target zone where it will burn fat and not get your heart too high up. (Doing the FAT BURN option is better than the CARDIO option because the cardio one makes your heart faster...this isnt better...it can burn some muscle if you go too high up on it)
    So do cardio 4-5 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes... I think you wil shed fat FAST. Cardio rocks...I swear that in a week I can see a small amount of progress. (psychologically, I even start to eat better and drink more water)
    Remember, if you love salty things, you will retain water as well...

    Keep the sugars and white carbs to a small amount, and eat lots of protein and veggies. Water, or (sugar free drinks) and work out. I think this will work for ya.
    BUT remember to ask a doc (in case you have asthma or something and cardio will interrupt anything)

    SCGirl,
    I suggest fixing your posture. Stand up straight, put your shoulders back, left up your chest and hold your stomach in. It will make a world of difference. You do have a few problem areas but, your posture emphasizes them. Also have you been using tonalin and/or LPP ? It works wonders for tightening skin.

    Katrine mentioned wearing a waist cincer/corset. Does anyone here wear a waist cincer/corset alot of the time to try to make their waist smaller? I'm trying to make my waist smaller (so I have a cuter waist hip ratio) but there isn't fat on the sides of my waist so it means my ribcage is too big. I slept with a waist cincer (that was boned) on and had to take it off in the morning because I was getting hot. But the waist cincer left all these indented lines on my torso and it wasn't too comfortable- but I probably could get used to that. Just wondering if someone is wearing a corset alot of the time and how long it takes to make the waist smaller.

    I saw a MAN who wore a corset 23 hours a day. He would only take it off to shower. He had an 18 inch waist. NASTYYYYYYY
    It wasnt a pretty small waist, he looked like a TRUE hourglass. (Not what we call an hourglass figure, but a REAL one) It was gross. lol

    I dont know about wearing a corset all the time but a waist cincher (the rubbery kinds you find in Modells or a fitness place) may help. Those are great for the gym too.
