I'm hoping that some of you that have experienced this can offer some advice.
My body is changing and I'm having a hard time excepting it. Besides puberty I've heard that womens bodies change at about 19 and again at around 27. I've already experienced the 19 year change; this is when my hips broadend a bit more and my buttox developed. I'm now 27; had my daughter at 25. I gained about 80 lbs during my pregnancy and lost it within 3-4 months. Let me explain the changes I've noticed; sorry for the previous ramble i thought backround info was important.
I've noticed that my clothes still fit, but they fit differently,they feel different. I don't have the same control over my body(the shape and size) that i used to. I'm not as active as i used to be due to present circumstanses, I'm sure this is part of it. This has been one of the hardest things i've had to learn to except. I've started to feel ashamed of my body; i hvent felt this way since puberty. I think gravity has kicked in.
I'm sorry for rambleing, I'm really looking for advice from other women who have been here, experienced the same thing.

I do have good news though- a few years back I put on some weight because I was with a boyfriend with horrible health habits (no fruits or vegetables, no exercise) so when I broke up with him, I got a gym membership and my new pet cause was getting skinny. It worked! So it's a matter of getting back to those good points.....
