Ladies, I've been on a strict program the last couple months and I have good results, getting definition all over, but I STILL can't get rid of that little bit of cellulite on the upper portion of my thighs, on the side back. It's just a small spot but dammit I want. it. gone! I exercise, drink loads of water and eat mostly chicken, fish, fruit/veggies and brown rice. I allow one cheat day per week but it's a small cheat. Not the whole day, just like one meal or something. The only thing I haven't changed is soda (switched to diet but still drinking 1-3 sodas on the nights I work).
How do you get rid of that little bit of cellulite?????? My abs, back, legs and arms are looking good. WTF is up with the one stubborn area?
