I've been removing alot more things from my diet (Baked goods, empty calories,ect) and adding in more healthy food. You know, transitioning. My question is this, I've gone through periods of time where i was a heavy coffee drinker(got over that a while ago) but I still drink about 1 cup a day. Knowing that cellulite is trapped toxins, is this 1 cup going to greatly affect the appearence? I'm becoming ready to give the coffee up, just not ready yet. So how big of a difference does this one cup a day make?
