    Default Dancer Rotation between cities

Question: Would this be a workable plan? Would girls/clubs go along with it?

A friend of mine mentioned he's working (and wants to list it on makeitsexy.com) a "dancer scheduling service" where he gets a bunch of dancers from around the country that want to travel, and clubs that want "new blood" - and his job would be to arrange the matches.

Transportation and lodging woudl eb covered, and all his co. gets out of it is a small listing fee for each gig signed (and hard costs covered by the club)

Who covers the lodging and transportation costs?

Big city clubs already have TONS of dancers so new faces are probably not an issue for them.

Small town clubs in Montana and the Upper Midwest work bookings where gilrs get paid $300-$400 for Mon- Sat work. they always like new faces, but girls have to pay their own rooms except for a handful of clubs who have dancer housing.

I really don't see any money in him doing this.

    That's good input for him..thanks

The concept he has is that his company will cover (with club sharing the costs) a hotel suite where a few dancers can crash for the week or so - if a girl wants her own space she can comp for that...

myself, I'm not sure it will work..but I saw so many posts here of dancers wanting to travel, wondered if a coordinated effort wouldn't hurt

I'm passing all input down to him..thanks

bottom line: all costs covered by the club or him..NOT the dancer.

except (maybe, I don't know his plans) if there's a fee for a dancer to be part of this rotation...
