If they're the standard plastic platforms, easiest thing is to stick your fingers under the toe part and pull out on it as your're putting them on - it stretches the plastic so it's not so tight on your toes/upper foot.
If you've got different shoes, it's harder to break them in. What kind do you have?
You can always wear them around the house a bit to help break them in while you're not working.




With new shoes I always wear some thick socks and put the new shoes on and walk around the house.
I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

if yours shoes have clear plasticy straps on the top of ur foot, u can blow dry it for 15 secs then slip in. this helps the straps adjust to ur feet
