whats debka?

Debka is a "non-objective" middle east news and analysis website, with an obvious pro-Israeli position and strong ties to Israeli intelligence sources. I don't take everything they publish as gospel any more than I would Al Jazeera, but they do provide in an interesting counter-balance. Also, they dredge up many news stories which are buried by mainstream US media.

Wow. It's news like that that makes me proud to be Iranian.![]()

Interestingand thanks for the source- I like to read various international perspectives
Debke is a traditional line dance of the levant region. There are unique styles from Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, and Jordan.....well, that's what is means originally anyway...many bellydancers incorporate the steps into our performances....
